Mandy Moore at the N.Y. Premiere of "Dedication"

The general consensus seems to be to divide your hair into three sections, one in back and two on each side front.and curling vertically to lie in these positions.  Mandy Moore looks great with her hair pulled back on top, parted haphazardly and left with tiny tendrils curled, left hanging down the back.
