Rylee Fanster at the Premiere of "College Road Trip"

We love to dress up our little girls and while attire is usually an easy pick, their hairstyles can sometimes be a challenge.  On Rylee Fanster, small vertical sections were taken for applying a small iron for these tiny perm-like waves.  This can also be done to enhance natural curls as well.
