Hilary Duff at the Premiere of "War"

The beautiful Hilary Duff has kept the blonde hair she has returned to and what gorgeous platinum and honey shades they are.  With mere bends remaining to be viewed here, her all over design took on some large vertical curls that were mainly loose though a few tiny, twisted tendrils could be found here and there.
