Ashlee Simpson was spotted hanging out in Los Angeles the other day while she picked up some donuts and some apple juice. It seems you can’t catch a glimpse of this girl doing anything solo either, as hubby Pete Wentz is stuck to her like glue. Ashlee is several months pregnant now, though you would almost never guess as she is looking fabulous as ever. She kept cool in the L.A. heat with a graphic printed maxi dress and her hair piled up and off her neck. And though it doesn’t seem to look like she has gone to too much lengths styling, that is the key itself to her effortless casual look. You can wear your hair uber casual and dress up the rest of your look and still look fresh and comfortable without worrying about hair maintenance. Pull your hair back in a ponytail, but don’t pull the whole ponytail through. Leave your bangs as well, too much styling here will make you look overdone. And if you have a few strays, fuggedabout’em, it’s the intention of the look.
