Interesting how the same hair cut and color can appear when styled two different ways.  Here Molly Simms has her long, colorful layers straightened with the bangs cut in long-style fringe, while below her same hairstyle has the fringe hidden and the length in multiple curls.

Any photographer will tell you the best way to present a subject is to have one that's light displayed against a dark background and vice versa.  Here the blonde stripes in Molly Simms' length is offset with the trendy brunette strands and then inadvertently, yet gorgeously placed against her alabaster skin.
